Grilled Goat’s Cheese served with blackcurrant compote & rocket salad
Smoked Salmon & cream cheese on brown bread & butter, pickled beetroot

Chicken breast, bacon, baby onions, mushrooms, red wine & roast potatoes
Sea Bass served with salsa verde & new potatoes
4-hour slow roast British lamb shank served with red wine gravy & roast potatoes
Escalope of Veal with sage butter sauce & roast potatoes
Rosemary Infused Polenta topped with roasted vegetables & sauteed spinach

All Mains will be served with a side of vegetables of the day
