Food & Wine Pairing Evening – 27th March 2020

The first of three food and wine pairing evenings in 2020.

Our most popular event is back with a spring themed menu, ready to be paired to 5 glasses of wine chosen by our trusted Branislav Prievoznik, from Tanners Wine Merchants.


The evening starts at 7pm, with everyone sitting down at 7.30pm.

We have a group seating arrangement, which perfectly compliments the evening with new people meeting each other and discussing about food and wine in a very relaxed and friendly environment.

Watercress soup

accompanied by a black pepper biscotto

PAIRED WITH: Favorita Langhe, Tibaldi 2018

Scallops & black ink risotto with fish fumet

PAIRED WITH: Kaesler ‘Love Child’ Viognier, Barossa Valley 2018

New season rack of English lamb

with a herb crust, served with a port wine reduction and accompanied by a fondant potato and ratatouille

PAIRED WITH: Esporão Reserva Tinto, Alentejo 2016

Maida Vale cheese & English pecorino

served with biscuits and chutney

PAIRED WITH: Noval 10 Year Old Tawny Port

Limoncello mousse and shortbread crumb,

coral tuile and Italian meringue

PAIRED WITH: Santa Julia Tardio, Zuccardi 2018

A deposit of £10 per person is essential to book, which is non-refundable in case of drop-out or cancellation.

The menu is fixed and cannot be amended; in case of any allergy, please inform the staff at the time of making the booking; an alternative dish will be prepared at chef’s discretion.

One glass of wine will be served with each course, no refills.
