Melon, Parma ham, fig, single estate extra virgin olive oil

Salad of ham hock with new potatoes, mangetout, creamed horseradish

 Avocado, pink grapefruit segments, natural yoghurt, honey dressing

Garlic Mushrooms, served on date and walnut toast, white bean & olive oil crush

Mains

Chicken breast, bacon, baby onions, mushrooms, red wine, roast potatoes

Sea Bass, saute of squid, cherry tomatoes, garlic, new potatoes

 4-hour slow roast British lamb shank served with red wine gravy, roast potatoes

 Grilled Pork Chop, nduja sausage, salsa verde, roast potatoes

Warm salad of butternut squash, pearl barley, new potatoes, mangetout, broccoli & balsamic dressing
