The Wycliffe has recently made two internal promotions. Tom Kimber and Lee Tomlinson, both of whom have been with the Wycliffe for just under two years, have proved their worth in the kitchen and are being promoted to Chef De Partie.
Both Tom and Lee are currently undertaking their Level 3 Professional Cookery Apprenticeship with Babcock International, the UK’s largest provider of work-based training, and hope to graduate from the course in mid-July.
Mark Tavini, Owner and Manager of the Wycliffe, said:
“As a family run business with a relatively small team internal progression is actively encouraged. If staff members wish to further their skills through either internal or external training we will, wherever possible, try and support them.”
